I am a customer service hawk. When I go into companies it is the first thing that catches my attention. I went into Austin's for tire service and was pleasantly greeted by Scott who was extremely courteous and responsive to my needs during this appointment. I found that Scott was most welcoming and desired to serve me which left me no doubt he was genuine in the same way to other customers. Customer service is what attracts me to remain with a company because then I know they will work with me on any future issues or concerns. Thank You Scott for showing what customer service is all about and why it is important. Knowing this, i had no doubt that his service tech was just as responsive to the needs of my vehicle. Austins, was great I had tire that would not say up and it kept going down and my tire sensor kept saying it was the wrong tire that was low they fixed both of at no charge to me. In march of this year I did get new tires I bought a warranty and Austins honored it. Everyone there is extremely nice and helpful. Thank you so much
We were in eastern AZ traveling with our RV New Years Weekend and ruined a tire on rear dualie axle. The only open mechanic/automotive center was Walmart and they didn't have the right size & probably wouldn't have it until Monday. Another tire store suggested to call Austin's, so we did. They met us at the shop at 6:30 on a Saturday night and replaced our tire for a good price, especially considering that it was a holiday weekend. They were super helpful and excellent customer service! We were able to get back to Phoenix that night - Thanks again!

We have been having all our automotive work done at Austin's Auto Advantage since it started in 2012 (and vehicles serviced by Avery Austin at the same location years before that). They keep my wife's and my vehicles running safely and well. We also purchase tires for three vehicles here. We give them a five star rating and highly recommend them.

Had an oil change and inspection performed on my 2022 4 runner and in return received a very reason bill and a download which I could print showing in detail of what the inspection entailed and all recommendations per the manufacturer for upcoming routine maintenance. It also showed what they thought should be addressed for the next appointment should I decide to have them continue performing routine maintenance on my vehicle in the future. Well, I do plan on having Austin's Automotive perform future maintenance on my vehicles because what I observed with this family-owned company was nothing but top-quality workmanship, professionalism and a very accurate description on what was performed which to me, personally, builds trust in a new relationship which is most important for me when someone pops the hood on vehicle! Thank you, Austin's Auto, you are greatly appreciated. Rating of 4.5 stars because I think everyone that offers a rating scale should know that room for improvement for all should be acknowledged.
